Description

The Army’s laser-based system for supporting live training is nearing the end of its economical useful life. To replace the Instrumentable Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (IMILES), the Army is looking for leap-ahead technologies that better replicate direct fire, indirect fire, counter-defilade, and other battlefield effects to support force-on-force and force-on-target training. Sign up now for this webinar to learn more about the Army’s vision for its new Live Training System. The Army will also discuss how vendors can continue the dialogue through virtual follow-on meetings, including during the 2020 virtual Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference.

Webinar panelists include:

  • Maj. Gen. Maria R. Gervais, Director, Synthetic Training Environment Cross Functional Team
  • Ms. Karen Saunders, Program Executive Officer for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation
  • COL. Charles Lombardo, Deputy Commander, Combined Arms Center-Training
  • Mr. Matthew Clarke, Associate Director, Soldier Effectiveness Directorate, Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center
