Bio

Dr. Lisa Tripp is the Technical Director for the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Studies and Analysis Squadron. She is responsible for the technical direction of AETC-wide studies, analyses, and assessments to support senior leader decision making in the areas of recruiting, training, and educating Airmen. She previously conducted research in the area of training effectiveness as the C4ISR Training Research Team Lead for the Air Force Research Laboratory, Warfighter Readiness Research Division. In this capacity, she identified training gaps and developed capabilities to mitigate these gaps for intelligence personnel. She holds dual Master’s Degrees in Applied Mathematics and Experimental Psychology and a Doctorate in Experimental Psychology from Washington State University.
