Dr. Ivar Oswalt, Senior M&S Associate for The MIL Corporation, conducts M&S and LVC simulation planning and analyses; requirements characterization; metrics definition and assessment; as well as policy and standards development. For the Navy’s M&S Office (NMSO) he leads plans, policy, standards, and outreach and for the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Dr. Oswalt provides VV&A support. Dr. Oswalt has developed and taught courses on CMSP, LVC, and System Design and Analysis and he received his PhD from The Claremont Graduate University.
