The confluence of patient safety and COVID-19 over the past year has stretched the capacity of our nation’s healthcare system. Healthcare is truly a human endeavor, and its reliability and the capacity to provide quality care have been tested under these extreme and stressful conditions. Simulation has long been recognized for the integral role it plays in high-risk industries. Healthcare is one of these critical yet high risk industries. This webinar discussion will highlight the current issues surrounding patient safety as we emerge from the trials of this pandemic. The discussion will also identify key issues in today’s healthcare moving forward that can be addressed with simulation and the role that our nation’s leaders may play in supporting its use. The webinar will serve as a kick-off for a number of working groups over the next few months focused on key legislative strategies that can strengthen the use of simulation in healthcare today.

Registration is open and is complimentary for all who wish to join. Space is limited so register today!
