NTSA has supported a number of initiatives over the years aimed at preparing our workforce for the future. Over the past two years, the focus and integration of these initiatives have resulted in the new program that was launched at I/ITSEC 2021 – the EcosySTEM of Learning. This EcosySTEM provides opportunities for learning for students K-12, college, and the workforce. As professionals enter our Modeling and Simulation workforce, it is incumbent upon our industry to support them as they grow as professionals. Key to this offering is the Certified Modeling and Simulation Professional (CMSP) certification. Join this webinar to learn more about these initiatives, and identify ways that our industry can support and grow learning opportunities for our future workforce, as well as for those actively engaged in our industry.
