Onsite registration will be based on space availability and there is no guarantee that you will be able to register onsite and attend.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct faculty is not eligible.

Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration. Food and beverage are not included with this registration but you will have the opportunity to purchase lunch onsite. Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org. Cancellations received by April 21, 2023, will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 21, 2023. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations.

The National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), an affiliate of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. - Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, NTSA staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Disruption of presentations at sessions, in the exhibit hall, or at other events organized by NTSA at the meeting venue, hotels, or other contracted facilities.
NTSA has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. If you experience any type of harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, NTSA asks that you inform Debbie Langelier, Vice President, NTSA, dlangelier@NTSA.org so that we can take the appropriate action. NTSA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and NTSA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting.
