The Classified Session is at capacity, and the Air Force is no longer adding names to the wait list.
DoD Employee (Active Military/Civilian), Federal Government Employee (Non-DoD), FFRDC
- Regular: $300 | Late/Onsite: $350
- If you are registering but will have another person making payment, contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org for registration instructions. Registration using an Air Force travel card may require having you contact your credit card administrator to have the merchant code 7392 unblocked for payment. Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration. Food and beverage are not included with this registration.
Optional Meal Package - Sold Out
International Government/Military - Register by May 1 to have lunch included with registration.
- Regular: $350 | Late/Onsite: $400
- Contractors do not qualify for International Military/Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration. NEW THIS YEAR fees include daily breakfast, lunch, breaks, and opening reception. International attendance and participation is limited to FVEY and NATO Member Countries.
Industry Member - Register by May 1 to have lunch included with registration.
- Regular: $650 | Late/Onsite: $700
- NTSA Corporate/Individual members and NDIA/WID members. Registration incudes conference programming, exhibits, and NEW THIS YEAR fees include daily breakfast, lunch, breaks, and opening reception.
Industry Non-Member - Register by May 1 to have lunch included with registration.

Academia - Register by May 1 to have lunch included with registration.
- Regular: $350 | Late/Onsite: $400
- Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct faculty is not eligible. Registration incudes conference programming, exhibits, and NEW THIS YEAR fees include daily breakfast, lunch, breaks, and opening reception.
Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP) - Register by May 1 to have lunch included with registration.
- Regular: $625 | Late/Onsite: $675
- Your Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP) certification must be current. Please contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org for access code. Registration incudes conference programming, exhibits, and all food and beverage.
Speakers
- DAF 2024 M&S Summit speakers will receive speaker information that includes registration instructions.
Exhibitors & Sponsors
- DAF 2024 M&S Summit exhibitors and sponsors will receive registration information when they purchase a booth or become an event sponsor.
Press/Media
- Press/Media is permitted one complimentary registration per press/media outlet. Additional press/media will have to register as industry. Contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org for access code and registration instructions for complimentary registration.
Cancellation
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing via email to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org. Cancellations received by 27 April 2024 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 27 April 2024. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitutions for this Summit are always welcome in lieu of cancellations. Contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org to request a substitution.
