Onsite registration and badge pick-up will be open Tuesday, 21 April from 1400 – 1700 and Wednesday, 22 April from 0700 – 1700. Paid registration to STCF includes breakfast, lunch, breaks, and STCF reception.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct faculty is not eligible.
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. Food and beverage are not included with the complimentary registration. Contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org for discount code and registration instructions for this complimentary registration.
NTSA, NDIA, and WID Members
Your Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP) certification must be current. Please contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org for access code and registration instructions.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org. Cancellations received by 10 April will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 April. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations.

Registration is open to all those involved in the modeling, simulation, and training industry; U.S. Allies; and NATO member countries.
