Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org. Cancellations received by April 10 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 10. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations.
