Registration

Important Information:

If you do not have a DoD ID, base access clearance must be submitted no later than 8 May. Clearance will not be available on the day of the Gala, and refunds cannot be issued if you or your guest are unable to access the base.

If you or your guest have any concerns about base access, please ensure the required information is submitted in advance.

During registration, individuals without a DoD ID will be required to provide their driver’s license number (for themselves and any guests) so we can submit the information for approval to enter the base.

Please register by 8 May to guarantee your meal. If you plan to bring a guest, you will have the option to add them and complete their registration payment during your own registration process.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org. Cancellations received by 30 April will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 30 April. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. 

Substitutions for the Gala are always welcome in lieu of cancellations.
