MODSIM World 2026 paid registration includes Tuesday and Wednesday breakfast, breaks, lunch and the Tuesday reception. You will receive an email registration confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed.
Registration will open on Tuesday, April 14.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct faculty is not eligible.
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration. Food and beverage are not included with this registration. The complimentary registration is for U.S. Government or U.S. Active Duty Military only. Cancellation
Cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org. Cancellations received by 7 August will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 7 August. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations.
