Charlie Caggiano is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force (USAF) and is currently finishing up his 23 year career participating in the United States Chamber of Commerce sponsored Hire Our Heroes program where he has been awarded a fellowship by Verizon Business Group as a Government Solutions Product Manager.

Charlie entered the USAF as a basic trainee from Lackland AFB, TX in 1998. He is a Command Navigator with over 2,900 flying hours, including 500+ combat hours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He has previously flown the MC-130H, MC-130E and the C-130. The Lt Col was previously an Operations Officer for the 492 SOTRSS, 19^th SOS and the 15^th SOS. He has also held titles Chief of: Standards and Evaluations, and Group Training.
