Steve Farrow is the Business Development Executive at CACI International within the Training & Warfighter Readiness (TWR) business unit located in Orlando, FL. As the Business Development Executive for CACI, Mr. Farrow is responsible for program growth and long-term new business development. TWR is primarily focused on simulation and training development products and services in the live, virtual, and constructive realms for U.S. Department of Defense and International partners. Mr. Farrow has worked in a variety of positions over his 30+ years of defense industry experience. He has a broad knowledge of the simulation and training market. He has held positions over his career in Engineering, Program Management, and Business Development.

Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Farrow was the Business Development Vice President for Kratos Training Solutions (KTS). He was responsible for the growth and long-term development primarily focused on Aircrew and Maintenance training.

Before Kratos, Mr. Farrow worked for Raytheon as the Business Development Director with responsibilities to grow and sustain this $1.3B line of business. His primary focus was on training for U.S. Department of Defense and International partners. Additionally, he was responsible for expanding the current commercial business from automotive and health into other adjacencies.

Mr. Farrow also worked for 22 years at Lockheed Martin. He began his professional career working a variety of engineering positions rapidly working his way through the engineering ranks to the management level. His final engineering assignment was the Chief Engineer of the Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT) program for the U.S. Army. He was responsible for engineering efforts from development through Integration and Test, with a successful IOT&E and FOT&E bringing the program into full-rate production.

Mr. Farrow also held positions at Lockheed Martin as the Deputy Program Manager of the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) Training System and the Program Manager (PM) for the C-130 Aircrew Training System (ATS). As the C-130 ATS PM, Mr. Farrow was responsible for 9 locations worldwide and the continued concurrency upgrades of the training devices.

His last assignment at Lockheed Martin was the Director of Business Development for initially the Strike Weapons line of business and then the Fire Control line of business. He was responsible for nearly $2B in orders per year, covering the entire Line of Business.

Mr. Farrow holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Mr. Farrow formerly held a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance, currently Secret Security Clearance.
