Susan D. Hartman is an Instructional Designer at Serco. She has over 20 years of experience designing and developing learning and assessments, training youth and adults, aligning curriculum, and delivering instruction for Oklahoma public schools. She currently is a member of the Serco Unlimited network within the Serco Inclusion Hub. Susan is a recipient of the Biltmore Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals for 2008-2009. She earned an M.Ed. from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2007, and a B.S. from Cameron University in 1983.
