Mr. Wong has been with Serco Inc. for over 20 years and has over 30 years’ experience in training and learning systems, and courseware analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and management. He is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, a Serco Innovation Fellow, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Wong has been a key advocate and implementer of Serco’s SercoWomen program to Educate, Cultivate, Celebrate, Accelerate and Advocate for improvement of the working environment for women.
