In an ever-tightening job market, the National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) Career Fair will connect prospective employees with hiring employers at the Training and Simulation Industry Symposium (TSIS). The NTSA Career Fair is a one-day combined live and virtual event targeting graduating students, Veterans looking to start or continue their career, and those seeking new opportunities in engineering, modeling, simulation, and training. Prospective employees will have direct access to recruiters and hiring managers while hiring employers gain access to a resume database, interviews, and more. The combined live and virtual format will allow recruiters in Orlando and across the country to connect with potential employees from Central Florida and around the country either in person or via our Career Fair software platform. This approach broadens our reach to colleges, universities, and organizations inside and outside Central Florida.
