Attendee Information

Onsite Badge Pick-Up

Onsite badge pick-up will be available at the following times (EDT):

  • Sunday, 21 May from 1200 – 1700
  • Monday, 22 May from 0700 – 1600
  • Tuesday, 23 May from 0700 – 1500

Exhibits

At the exhibit booths, attendees will be able to visit and view the companies’ products and services. See our Sponsors & Exhibitors page for a complete list of our participating companies. Booths will be manned at the following times (EDT):

  • Monday, 22 May from 0800 – 1730
  • Tuesday, 23 May from 0800 – 1600

Dress Code

Army: ACUs or Duty Uniform
Marine Corps: Service “C”
Navy: Service Khaki, Navy Service Uniform
Air Force: Short or Long Service Blues
Coast Guard: Tropical Blue Long
Civilian: Business Casual

Parking

Self parking: $20; Valet $26. Self parking is available in the Parking Garage attached to the hotel.

Norfolk Information
